Al Mouj Muscat has awarded two new contracts worth a combined OMR 31.7mn ($82.3mn) to Al Turki Enterprises.
The first contract, with a value of OMR 16mn, is for the construction of a four-block precinct – The Gardens – adjacent to Almouj Marina comprising 242 high-end residences.
The second is for the development of Marsa Gardens, a OMR 15.7mn marina-side precinct consisting of three blocks offering 232 one and two-bedroom with garden view apartments, an Al Mouj statement said on Tuesday.
The agreement was signed by Nasser al Sheibani, acting CEO of Al Mouj Muscat, and Devki Khimji, executive director at Al Turki Enterprises, in a ceremony held at Almouj Golf.
“These two precincts are not only unique because of their lush green surrounds, but also because they are close to Almouj Marina, Almouj Golf, The Walk; the high-end shopping and dining hub, and the beach, all right in the heart of Muscat, bringing unmatched value proposition for investors and home-owners,” said Sheibani.
“Taking leisure and lifestyle living to another level, both The Gardens and Marsa Gardens will be among the first apartments at Al Mouj Muscat to offer dedicated concierge space, state-of-the-art gym and outdoor lap pool in addition to landscaped leisure deck and a multipurpose room offering great opportunities for relaxation and entertainment with family and guests.”
