Developer SuperCasa has announced plans for its first 5-star hotel to be located on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.
Construction is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter of 2016 and be completed by end of 2018.
The development will cover 75,000 square feet and have 320 beach-facing rooms, and two fine dining restaurants, two casual restaurants, a pool, Spa and Gym facilities.
