Tilal Properties has appointed Arcadis as lead consultant and designer for its Tilal Mall project in Sharjah.
Under the agreement, Arcadis will provide architectural, engineering and cost consultancy services on the project, which will occupy an area of 2 million sq. ft.
Located on the Emirates Road for easy access, Tilal Mall will be part of the AED 2.4bn ($653mn) Tilal City project which is set to become the first mixed-use community in Sharjah.

e for the first time ever.
The agreement was signed in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of United Investment, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Chairman of Tilal Properties, and Khalifa Al Shaibani, Director-General of Tilal Properties, as well as representatives from Eskan Real Estate Development and Arcadis.
