Eng. Ansari, a master’s in engineering degree and designated as Chief Executive Officer of Adeeb Group, controlling the complete operations of our Facilities Management. I am the Fellow member of Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (FIWFM) and Vice Chair of Abu Dhabi IWFM.
Under his leadership, he’s been the driving force with the support of his team to generate 40% of increased revenue growth in 2019 and surpassed the revenue in the year 2020 bookings as well, and have achieved remarkable government, Educational sector, private and industrial projects.
As being the leader with technical cadre, frequently analyses the market trends as directly involving with the Clients support and tendering process. Based on the industry principles management commits to provide the services within set limits of our strategy by considering the prevailing market situations. The external indicator such as culture, social values, motives, perception, reference groups are analyzed with my involvement especially with the top management in order to deliver the services according to that.
