ISG Middle East has appointed Philip Kyriacou as Business Development Director and promoted Stephen Martin to Construction Director.
Both will join the companys Executive Committee, which is headed by Managing Director, Steve Ramsden.
In this role, Philip will be responsible for expanding relationships with clients, consultants and project managers across the UAE and identifying new opportunities in the hotels and hospitality, leisure, healthcare and corporate office fit out sectors.
Philip, who was previously ISGs Abu Dhabi General Manager between 2010 and 2014, said: Im delighted to be returning to the ISG Middle East business, joining a team of industry experts focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Stephen Martin, who joined ISG in 2013 as a Contracts Manager, has also been promoted to Construction Director. He will focus on project delivery with emphasis on project close out, ensuring best practices and procedures are in place for all frontline departments.

ISG Middle East achieved record 2015 results showing a 47 percent increase in yearly revenue which has exceeded AED 283mn, with operating profit increasing by 130 percent to AED 8.3mn.
In 2016, the award-winning construction services company completed multiple projects of note; including corporate offices for PricewaterhouseCoopers on Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, three City Centre Clinics for Majid Al Futtaim Properties and Kempinski Mall of the Emirates Hotel, also for Majid Al Futtaim.
The company has also recently secured major corporate fit out works at the iconic Abu Dhabi Global Market Square and an anchor leisure fit out project, located on Meraas flagship Bluewaters Island masterplan, and due to open next year.
