Emaar The Economic City Company has awarded a pair of contracts worth a combined SAR 51.3mn ($13.6mn).
The first deal worth SAR 32.5mn is for the implementation of infrastructure works including power grids, irrigation, water, wastewater, fiber optics and roads network in GC5, according to a stock exchange filing.
The second contract has a value of SAR 18.8mn and is for implementation of infrastructure works, power grids, irrigation, water, wastewater, fiber optics and roads network in Al Talah Gardens 3.
Both contracts are scheduled to last 18 months.
Emaar The Economic City Company is a Tadawul-listed developer of King Abdullah Economic City in Saudi Arabia and a subsidiary of Dubai-based developer, Emaar.
