Turner & Townsend, the global professional services business, has appointed Associate Director Amal Khawaja to lead Strategy & Transformation in the programme advisory team in KSA.
With an increasing focus on mega projects in the Kingdom, Amal has transferred from Turner & Townsend’s London office to work closely with clients to help understand their capability and maturity, unearth their business and programme visions, and ultimately design an appropriate target operating model to meet their specific needs as an organisation or programme.
Amal will be leading and growing our Strategy and Transformation offering within our Programme Advisory team in KSA, enabling our clients to successfully bring their vision, strategy and operating model to life, through our ‘humans at the heart’ change/transformation management approach.
With Amal’s deep expertise in project controls, this role complements her strategy and transformation expertise, harnessing her experience of setting up PMOs and digital transformation programmes tailored to clients in various industries.
