Project management and cost consultancy firm, Thomas & Adamson, has appointed Enda Heffernan as Associate Director for its Dubai office to lead the delivery of cost management services for projects across the Middle East.
Heffernan has previously held a number of senior positions in other leading consultancies across the region and has vast experience across a mix of sectors, including residential, infrastructure, education, healthcare, hospitality and oil and gas.

Heffernan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the construction industry and over four years Middle East experience, having worked in Ireland prior to moving to the region.
