Over the past year, BKA FM has successfully secured several new high-profile clients and demonstrated exceptional financial performance, establishing their business’ strength and adaptability. BKA FM’s emphasis on delivering qualitative, output-based solutions to client requirements has expanded its portfolio to include a wider range of mixed-use facilities, enabling effective management of client expectations.
“Looking towards the future, BKA FM’s focus is on energy measurement, data collection and energy reduction management for existing buildings through informed decision-making. Our strategy revolves around exceptional customer service and efficient delivery, with new integrated targets aimed at reducing energy consumption in our clients’ buildings. We collaborate with one of our group companies, Dutco Over Technologies LLC (DOT), enabling real-time data capture of energy consumption versus building performance in operational existing buildings. This unique technology allows us to optimize the use of building plant and equipment, continuously driving down energy costs without significant capital investment from the property owner. We leverage our comprehensive suite of Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities to demonstrate opportunities for efficient operational delivery and effective control of building assets.
Another key aspect of our strategy is to continue focusing on customers who truly understand the value of facilities management. We are selective in our approach and prioritize quality and service delivery over chasing contracts solely based on the lowest price.
This approach enables BKA FM to uphold their commitment to delivering exceptional service while pursuing avenues for growth and expansion, aligning with our overarching strategic objectives.”
