Ragothaman is responsible for managing and delivering the company’s business strategy, with the objective of maximising shareholder value and return-on-investment. He demonstrates a unique understanding of the operational and maintenance requirements necessary in the built environment, as well as the detailed planning involved in managing clients’ asset portfolios with the goal of assisting them to achieve their real estate objectives.
As a qualified mechanical engineer, Ragothaman is a full member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in the FM pathway and RICS assessor, as well as holding an MBA degree.
