DHL Express opened its latest service point in Mall of Qatar, expanding its presence in Qatar and boosting accessibility, efficiency, and convenience for its customers.
DHL now operates 12 service points in Qatar reaffirming its commitment to the country and its growing customer base.
DHL Express country manager, Mahmoud Haj Hussein, said: “As the longest established express logistics company in the country with more than 50 percent of the market share, we are continuously looking at ways to provide our customers with the highest levels of service. The most recent opening will open a number of doors for our customers with increased convenience and an improved service so that we maintain our reputation as the logistics provider of choice.”
The new DHL Service Point can be found at West Gate 3, near Center Point and is open from 10 am to 10 pm Saturday through Thursday, and from 1 pm to 10 pm on Fridays, reported Qatar Tribune.
The company’s revenues in Qatar have doubled over the past five years, with major investments into its operational facilities. DHL Express Qatar currently employs over 250 people and operates four offices in Doha.
