Al Thuriah Properties has completed handover to owners of the 300 apartments in its 33-storey Sahara 4 Tower in Al Nahda, Dubai.
Developed at the cost of AED 295mn ($80.3mn), the tower consists of one, two, three and four bedroom units. Development of the project began in April 2014 and all units were sold out within 18 months of launch.
