Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, leads one of the UAE’s most dynamic master developers, with a real estate portfolio valued at an impressive AED 60 billion. Since its establishment in 2017 under his guidance, Arada has not only sold over 14,000 units worth more than AED 17 billion but also completed over 9,000 units, with 4,845 more currently under construction. In 2023, Arada’s sales soared by an astounding 100% to AED 7 billion, a testament to its rapid growth and success.
Under Ahmed’s visionary leadership, Arada has launched a series of groundbreaking projects, solidifying its position as a leading developer in the UAE. These signature developments, including Aljada, Sharjah’s largest mixed-use megaproject; Masaar, the UAE’s first forested community; and the ultra-luxury Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah, stand as testament to his strategic direction and the company’s innovative approach.
Currently, Masaar has over 2,570 townhouses and villas under construction, with contracts worth over AED 2 billion awarded this year. The project is set to complete its 3,000 homes by the end of 2026. Aljada has transformed Sharjah, attracting 2.4 million visitors in 2023. With 7,500 homes completed, 2,000 under construction, and plans for 25,000 units, Aljada is about 30% complete.
In Dubai, construction is progressing on Jouri Hills at Jumeirah Golf Estates, expected to be completed by the end of 2025. This year, Ahmed spearheaded the launch of luxury projects like Armani Beach Residences and Anantara Sharjah Resort and Residences. Additionally, the anticipation is high for the new luxury branded residences planned for Dubai Harbour and DIFC by the end of 2024, promising more exciting developments in the near future.
In addition, as Group CEO, Ahmed oversees corporate performance and strategy. A recent highlight under his tenure includes the issuance of Arada’s second sukuk, which was listed on both the London Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Dubai in June.
Committed to sustainability, Ahmed integrates extensive green spaces in all Arada projects and invests in environmentally friendly technologies. Under his leadership, Arada has evolved into a robust firm of over 1,200 employees, with ambitious plans for both domestic and international expansion, promising a bright future for the company and its stakeholders.
