A significant challenge in the UAE’s MEP sector remains the availability of skilled staff and operatives. To address this, Khansaheb MEP has:
- Established its MEP training center to enhance workforce capability.
- Aligned with government initiatives by recruiting Emirati Trainee Engineers.
- Introduced fresh graduates into its workforce, with structured training programs to develop them into proficient MEP engineers by 2025–2026.
This proactive approach to talent development and continuous learning ensures the long-term growth and sustainability of the company.
