UAE-based total facilities management (FM) company, Farnek, has been awarded a two-year contract to provide cleaning services for RAKBANK.
The team at Farnek will be responsible for all cleaning requirements of the banks operation headquarters in both Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

This latest contract builds on Farneks extensive client base in the banking sector. Additional clients in the banking sector include United Arab Bank, Mashreq Bank and Emirates DOZ & EGTC Building, where the company provides services including maintaining mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) assets as well as the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units.

The company also operates MEP, HVAC maintenance, cleaning, waste management and clerical manpower outsourcing services for several UAE-based firms including Du, Cummins, and Emaars Gold & Diamond Park. In
addition, Farnek holds the ultimate trade reference, the maintenance contract for the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa.
