Dubai-based boutique real estate developer, Samana Developers, broke ground on its maiden real estate project Samana Greens.
The AED75mn Samana Greens residential project a freehold property will deliver 131 residential units, comprising studios to two-bedroom apartments. The construction work is scheduled to start in February and will be completed in April 2020.
The G+4 project comes with ample parking space, landscaping and other associated facilities with a built-up area of 13,006sqm. The residential project brings several retail outlets, a sauna and gymnasium, a themed retail area, basement parking, secured play area for kids and plenty of green spaces for its residents.
