Dubai-based developer, Ellington, broke ground on its Belgravia Heights I project, located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), and follows the successful introduction of three projects under the same brand name of Belgravia.
The ground-breaking ceremony took place in the presence of homeowners, architects, investors, agents, and other partners.
Robert Booth, managing director, Ellington, said: Belgravia Heights I architects have followed the signature design of the Belgravia collection as we extended the brand to reflect Ellingtons key values and commitment to timeless design and quality. The residential building follows its sister projects Belgravia I, II and III, and commands a signature position along one of the main boulevards running through the community.
Belgravia Heights I is a uniquely designed residential building in the heart of JVC with 155 spacious studios, and one- and two-bedroom units. It has a landscaped podium level with a resort-style pool, childrens play area, and a modern fitness centre.
The design of the building together with an active retail streetscape and elevated amenity floor creates a dynamic and engaging community feel to all aspects of the development.
Other projects announced recently by Ellington include the Wilton Terraces I and II at Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR City), a freehold community of villas, quad homes and apartments, set along the Dubai Water Canal; and the topping out of Eaton Place a building offering one- and two-bedroom residences which will be completed in mid-2018.
