Abu Dhabi-based developer, Bloom Properties, announced the timely handover of Faya, the Phase 4 of its Bloom Gardens master-planned community in the capital.
A key development, Faya offers round-the-clock security, a swimming pool, ample parking spaces, as well as shaded walkways, jogging tracks, and kids play areas. The community is also home to Brighton College Abu Dhabi campus, MindChamps Nursery, and the Bloom Gardens community centre.
Bloom Holding CEO, Sameh Muhtadi, said: “The handover of Faya marks a major milestone in the Bloom Gardens development that has become one of the most sought-after residential communities in Abu Dhabi. Faya reflects our commitment to enriching the lifestyle experience of our residents through setting new benchmarks for quality urban living. The successful handover of Faya with zero snags makes Bloom the first to achieve this feat.”
Faya features townhomes spread across 28 four-unit clusters and four five-unit clusters. Muhtadi pointed out that with the timely delivery of Faya to its homeowners, Bloom Properties had reinforced its reputation as a developer that completes its projects on schedule.
He added: “Our projects are renowned for their compliance with best-in-class construction standards and procedures. We are pleased to welcome the residents to their new home and look forward to serving them in the new community. In collaboration with premium designers and architects, the company develops a range of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in prime locations across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.”
