Binghatti Developers will exhibit its latest project, Millennium Binghatti Residences Business Bay, at the 2018 Cityscape Abu Dhabi exhibition.
Inspired from the international deluxe Millennium Hotels and Resorts, the AED400mn project is located by Dubais Water Canal in Business Bay. Consisting of 230 units including studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, this
project offers a number of hotel-inspired facilities and recreational activities.
Offering direct views of the Dubais Water Canal and the Dubai skyline, the project features many facilities such as premium concierge-style services, day-care services, catering services, laundry services, housekeeping services facilitation, 24/7 maintenance hotline, and many other premium facilities.
Binghatti Developers will also exhibit Binghatti stars. Officially launched at Cityscape Global last year, this project features 363 residential apartments and is situated in a prime location in Dubai Silicon Oasis, at the entrance of the
upcoming Silicon Mall project and 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai. Binghatti Stars showcases a mixture of unit types, including studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments.
Binghatti Stars features a plethora of lifestyle amenities including a health club by Technogym, a heat-monitored swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a childrens play area, and a public terrace for residents to enjoy.
The developer will offer exclusive deals and payment plans during Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2018 and encourages all visitors to interact with it on social media throughout the event for news, updates, and announcements.
