Dubai-based Binghatti Developers announced that the construction of its AED60mn Binghatti East is being processed at an accelerated pace, which will allow the company to deliver its project at the end of September 2018.
The basement, ground, and five residential floors of the six storey building have already been completed, and at this pace, the company will ensure that the project will be delivered on time.
Located at the heart of the Silicon Oasis community and spread over a construction area of 14,288sqm, Binghatti East features 60 residential units, including 40 one- and 20 two-bedroom apartments.
