UAE-based developer, Aurora Real Estate Development, has handed over Hyati Residence, a development offering affordable homes, located in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

The townhouses each feature a double car space and a terrace on the second floor, with the corner townhouses gaining an additional garden area on the ground floor with access to a 10m-long private lap pool.
