Property developer based in Ras Al Khaimah, RAK Properties, has invited pre-qualification bids from global and regional construction companies for fit-out and furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) works at a five-star luxury resort in the Northern Emirate.
The 225-key Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is the first property of Thailands Minor Hotel Group (MHG) in the emirate.
Scheduled to open by 2018-end, the high-end property boasts key facilities including meeting and events space with a ballroom seating of 250, a health club with a gym, aerobics room and a yoga room, squash courts, a tennis court, a large outdoor pool, a kids club with a specialty kids restaurant, and an extensive Anantara Spa.
Bids are open to all UAE-registered interior fit-out companies (both local and international) which have been operating in the country for five years, said the RAK developer.
The scope of work includes FF&E, interior lighting, interior signage, and wayfinding besides interior fit-outs, it stated.
The prequalification application would be available at the RAK Properties’ head office in Dubai till August 27 and the last date for submitting the bids is August 30, 2018.
