Abu Dhabi General Services Company, Musanada, has completed infrastructure work related to the Neima Residential Project in Al Ain.
The AED 206mn ($56mn) project included the delivery of infrastructure such as roads, storm water and drainage and electricity networks for Phase II of the project.
Musanada added adding 85km of power lines, 18km of roads, a 16.5km storm water network, a 31km water network and 26km drainage network.
Neima Residential project will serve 616 residential plots along with community facilities, including five mosques, mall, school, 4 KG’s and 19 power substations.
Obaid Mohamed Al Mheiri, Musanada’s Infrastructure Director, said Musanada started the work on the 180-acre project in March 201, and managed to achieve AED15mn in savings to the budget through high project management efficiency.
In 2015, Musanada delivered projects with a total value of over AED 7.5bn across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
