Abu Dhabi Ports subsidiary Fujairah Terminals has inked and agreement with Al Mayya Group to handle the livestock logistics for the annual import of more than a million sheep, goat, and cattle into the UAE. The former will offer Al Mayya Group exclusive rights to service livestock at a specially designated quarantine and berth area situated within its terminal facilities at the Port of Fujairah. Saudia Cargo has joined the humanitarian airfreight initiative launched by UNICEF to support the prioritisation of COVID-19 vaccine delivery alongside essential medicines, medical devices, and other critical supplies to fight the pandemic.
