A total of 1,277 real estate and property transactions valued at Dhs4.9 billion were registered during the week ending 18 February 2021, according to WAM. During a visit to the Hatta Customs Center, the Director General of Dubai Customs Ahmed Mahboob Musabih toured the area and reaffirmed the importance of advanced technologies used in inspection and scanning. Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) has begun executing a project to replace the old water networks in four regions of Sharjah at a cost of more than Dhs30.1 million, according to WAM. Works are being done in the areas of Al-Yarmouk, Al-Ghafia, Al-Sabkha and Samnan, as part of SEWA’s integrated plan to replace the old, dilapidated networks in different areas of the emirate and the diameter of the distribution lines between 100 and 300 mm.
