Eagle Hills Sharjah, a joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Eagle Hills, has announced the sales launch of Indigo Beach Residence, the latest residential building located along the main boulevard of Maryam Island, Sharjah’s most prestigious waterfront address.

Indigo Beach Residence represents the fourth residential building launched in Maryam Island, a premium beachfront development located in downtown Sharjah overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The building is located within walking distance from the beach and offers easy access to a wide range of leisure activities within the Island.

Following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai of facilitating business procedures, Dubai Customs signed a memorandum of understanding with the Dubai Free Zones Council to help with the implementation of the “Virtual Stock Guarantee” initiative. The new facility was developed by Dubai Customs to support re-export activity from free zones to external markets within Dubai Customs’ efforts to help Dubai maintain a leading position and turn into a world economic capital. This initiative is the first of its kind in the world.

Saudi Airlines Cargo Company has appointed Per Hojlandto the position of Executive Director, Cargo Operations Worldwide. Per, a Danish national, took up his new position in Jeddah in March. IVECO, in partnership with its dealer Global Motors Centre (GMC) inaugurated a new, state-of-the-art showroom and service centre in Nairobi, Kenya today with the participation of sixty among the most important companies in the local transport sector and twentyfive journalists. The ceremony was hosted by Mr. Farooq Sheikh, Managing Director of GMC and by Mr. Marco Torta, Area Manager for East Africa at IVECO.

Raimondi Cranes SpA, heritage manufacturer of precision heavy lifting machinery for more than 150 years, will showcase three cranes onsite at Bauma 2019. The cranes will be erected at the Raimondi Cranes (Raimondi) exhibit situated at FS 1102/2 in the event’s outdoor area at the Messe München Trade Fair Center. A new tower at Pixel, the first phase of IMKAN’s iconic mixed-use project, Makers District, on Reem Island, will be available for purchase next week.
