Habtoor Leighton Group (HLG) has clinched a QAR 580mn ($160mn) contract for the construction of Al Mutahidah Towers at the Pearl-Qatar. The project is located on the beach front precinct of Viva Bahriya at the Pearl-Qatar, United Development Company’s (UDC) flagship project and one of the largest urban developments in Qatar. HLG will construct twin 25 storey residential towers consisting of 480 apartments, two parking levels, ground floor entrance lobby and amenities/entertainment areas with a gross floor area of 160,500 square meters.
