Azizi Developments has announced plans to develop its first project in Dubai Healthcare City. The AED 470mn ($128mn) serviced residence, dubbed Azizi Aliyah, is scheduled for completion in 2018. Spread over 16 storeys, the project will have 191 studio apartments, 135 one-bedroom apartments, and 20 two-bedroom apartments.
