UAE-based Green Valley International Real Estate Group announced the launch of AED500m worth Green Valley City project in Tbilisi, Georgia. The company aims to expand its presents across Georgia as the company has marked a 25% increase in revenues in 2015 as compared to 2014. Drake and Scull Engineering announced to be commissioned to deliver mechanical and lighting works for a mixed-use residential and commercial tower in Abu Dhabi, and two district cooling plants (DCP) in Dubai for a combined contract worth AED131m. In Abu Dhabi, DSE will supply and install heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), building management, fire fighting, water supply, drainage systems, and lighting fixtures for a mixed-use tower based in Abu Dhabi. Speaking at the Sustainability Workshop during The Big 5, CEO of DC Pro Engineering George Berbari encouraged the GCC’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry to adopt new energy-efficient technologies.
