Mohammad Abdul Karim Khamis is a young Emirati from Dubai and one of the visionaries, energetic and respected facilities management experts in the UAE marketplace.
He completed his graduation of Bachelor in Civil Engineering & Master’s in Strategic Management as well as a certified professional in Owner Association by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority RERA, well trained in Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) from International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) in New Orleans, Louisiana USA and Facilities Management Transformation from Middle East Facilities Management Association (MEFMA) which helped him to have overall 15 years hands on experience in Operational and Managerial level to lead the Integrated Facilities Management business.
His 15 years of journey in the industry with both govt. and private sectors has driven with leading innovation and business excellence activities focusing in launching the innovative ideas and cost-effective solutions leaving positive impact on end users.
Presently manages EnFM covering all the functions. He reports to the board and responsible for the strategic growth of the business in UAE.
He is pioneer in establishing the FM business entities, prior to EnFM he was successfully institutionalized established Deyaar Facilities Management as standalone entity of Deyaar Development PJSC.
EnFM has been driven with cultural values through the visionary leadership has led to implement strong resilience business continuity plan in overcoming emergency crisis and disaster management resulted in growth despite Covid-19 scenario.
Currently, EnFM manages over AED225 million worth of contracts covering 800 sites across the UAE. Headquartered in Dubai. Since our inception in 2012, EnFM has bagged various projects with the magnitude of up to AED35 million (single contract value).

EnFM has witnessed highest growth in terms financials and overall organizational development ensuring the progressive customer satisfaction with increase in confidence with its clients. EnFM has won 20 contracts by entering energy, oil and gas sectors. Further, inhouse service delivery capability has been increased with addition of delivering of engineering solutions, chillers, and façade cleaning divisions.
He explains: “On operational side we achieved 90% SLA/KPIs and the mobilization time frame has been reduced by 50% with implementing the innovative solutions. Implementation of CAFM system, mobile applications for customers, sub-contractors & operations team and Real time Dashboards. Which has led to achieve the zero-paper consumption at EnFM office and sites operating sites.”
