Stuart has led from the top, setting an example to employees at every level of the business. While he actively encourages employees to take ownership of their responsibility and empowers them to navigate their own career paths, he is known for being accessible and approachable, thanks to his hands-on approach to mentoring and the professional development of Emrill’s excellent people.
