Tarek Al Assil is an FM Professional and executive leader offering 14+ years of experience in managing and leading various facilities for both Private and Public Entities in the GCC. His experience includes FM operations, Engineering and Senior Business Roles.
Tarek joined Ejadah management in 2018, he was appointed to lead and develop departments such as business development, mobilization along with leading operations for portfolios such as Emaar, Meraas, Merex, Nakheel etc.
In his years of experience his role has evolved and currently designated as Executive Director of Ejadah overseeing primarily the Commercial Division of the Organization. Business expansion is one of Tarek’s key strengths – Tarek lead and launched new business solutions like Shabaka (a B2C solution for In-unit maintenance and management), Staffing solutions and Work at heights.
Ejadah being a well-established and leading company in the region Tarek’s goal will be to maintain its ranks as one of the regional leaders in FM and to expand further with new business and client-oriented solutions.
