Stuart’s focus on ensuring Emrill’s future-readiness through innovative, technological solutions that align with market needs and financial/operational goals and strategies, has led to the launch of Techsphere, Emrill’s complete digital FM solution for its clients and employees. Building on its award-winning efficiency-enhancing app for horizontal communities, Emrill launch the revamped Effy App for vertical communities, increasing operational efficiency by 25 per cent across manpower optimisation and task completion. Emrill’s implementation of smart washroom technology in commercial environments has resulted in further manpower efficiency.
Emrill also launched its first sustainable cleaning robot — Sophie — for a retail environment. The robot, powered by Active AI, utilises advanced technology to optimise cleaning efficiency in enclosed areas whilst ensuring eco-friendly and safe operations. Sophie provides cost-saving strategies for businesses by providing efficiencies compared to human-intensive cleaning workforces and can operate for up to 20 hours per day. The silent cleaning robot uses 70 per cent less water compared to other models available in the market. It also leaves the floors drier after mopping, making it safer for high foot-traffic areas that Emrill services, such as malls, due to its Active-DryTec capability for stronger water extraction.
