Over our 44-year history, we have achieved top ranking in municipality classification for contracting, constructed 137 ministry offices, 37 shopping malls, and 13 schools and colleges, built 1,300 Telecom GSM sites, and laid a 9,700km underground fibre optics network. With ongoing projects worth over 1.3 billion SAR with the Ministry of Interior (MOI), the company completed six construction projects for the MOI in 2022 and is currently designing and constructing 12 warehouses for the Royal Commission in Jeddah City. Remarkably, we have achieved zero safety incidents in the past ten years.

In 2024, Alhajaj has made significant strides in its MEP projects. The Riyadh Metro Electrical Systems Upgrade involves upgrading electrical systems for several metro stations to enhance safety and reliability, with the project being completed at 60% and featuring advanced control systems and high-efficiency lighting solutions. The Al Faisaliah Mall Plumbing Renovation aims to renovate the plumbing infrastructure to support increased capacity and water conservation, with the project 50% completed and incorporating smart water management systems and eco-friendly fixtures. The Jeddah Commercial Complex MEP Installation involves comprehensive MEP installation for a new commercial complex, currently 40% completed, focusing on coordinating multi-discipline MEP services to ensure seamless operation and maintenance.
Notable completed MEP projects include the Princess Noura University MEP Services, which involved complete MEP design and installation for one of the largest women’s universities in the world, completed in 2022, and the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) MEP Systems, which involved developing MEP systems for multiple high-rise buildings within the district, completed in 2020, integrating cutting-edge technologies to create efficient and reliable building services.
