Abu Dhabi-based developer, Aldar Properties, has awarded Serco a contract for up to five years for the delivery of integrated facilities services (IFM) across some of its iconic commercial properties in Abu Dhabi.
Serco, an international service provider of outsourced services, said in a statement that the contract covers a full range of integrated facilities services for various Aldar Properties within their regional portfolio.
Joe Boyle, managing director of Serco Middle Easts integrated facilities services sector, stated: Aldar has chosen the provider after an intense, detailed, and highly competitive procurement process. We are very proud to have ultimately been selected and are very excited by this new opportunity. Our expanding presence in Abu Dhabi comes down to developing long-standing partnerships with extraordinary clients like Aldar. The company continues to be a partner of choice as we excel in building robust solutions founded on the quality of service, innovation, and trust.
The Aldar Facilities Management contract builds on Serco Middle Easts existing FM presence across multiple sectors including education, healthcare, defence, and commercial real estate, and on the companys 70-year plus presence in the region, the statement added.
