A joint venture of Arabian Construction Company (ACC) and UK-based Kier has won a GBP 150mm ($188.3mn) contract to build an apartment complex in Dubai.
The 50-50 partnership will build the scheme for developer Nshmi as part of the Town Square residential project.
The project will include 1,496 apartments as well as retail and leisure facilities, Kier revealed in an update adding that the project will be funded with the support of UK Export Finance.
This is the second contract Kier has secured with Nshmi, after it was awarded a GBP 50m contract from the developer last November.
Kier is also delivering a package of infrastructure works on Town Square, after winning a GBP 12m contract last summer.
