Al Qattara Investments, the name behind the mixed-use development in Al Ain, announced the completion date for the phase 3 of its Al Ain Square community in 2022.
The third phase of the community will include residential, commercial, and community facilities. Phase 1 and 2 were completed in 2014 and 2017 and it comprises a total gross floor area (GFA) of 450,000sqm. Phase 3, which is scheduled to be completed by 2022, will see an additional 200,000sqm, including the development of a GEMS School. This is the first time that Al Qattara Investments announced a strategic partnership with GEMS Education.
The developer also revealed its new brand identity, the rename of Hazza Bin Zayed Community to Al Ain Square, and furthermore the firms future plans for the city of Al Ain.
