Azizi Developments has awarded a AED 200mn ($54.4mn) contract to Dubai-based Keilani Construction Company to build two new serviced residences in Al Furjan.
The high-end serviced residences – named Roy-Mediterranean and Montrell – will comprise studios and one-bedroom apartments, each standing 9 storeys tall, including the ground level and two parking levels, Azizi said in a statement.
Currently under construction, the AED510mn projects are expected to be delivered by the end of 2017.
Azizi Developments is the biggest private-developer in Al Furjan with 24 plots and expects to deliver eight projects in the area this year.
Future projects worth AED 1.8bn are also planned for Healthcare City, Palm Jumeirah and Al Furjan.
