UAE developer Azizi Developments has awarded two contracts worth AED440mn for the development of two buildings in Dubai Healthcare City.
The construction of the buildings began on April 1, 2018, and is advancing at a rapid pace. Zahrat Al Safa Contracting has been appointed to construct the two buildings in Dubai Healthcare City, with each contract valued at AED220mn.
Fawad Azizi will have a total of 396 units, including 201 studios, 165 one-bedroom apartments, and 30 two-bedroom apartments; and Jawad Azizi will have 383 total units, including 216 studios, 137 one-bedroom apartments, and 30 two-bedroom apartments.

Other two projects by Azizi Developments in DHCC include Azizi Aliyah Residences and Farhad Azizi. Azizi Aliyah Residences is an AED470mn project that will offer a total of 346 fully serviced residences with 191 studios, 135 one-bedroom apartments, and 20 two-bedroom apartments, along with upscale retail space of 1,486sqm. Farhad Azizi will have a total of 634 units, including 396 studios, 218 one-bedroom apartments, and 20 two-bedroom apartments.
