Another fire has broken out at a high rise residential tower building in Dubai Marina.
Emergency services were called to Sulafa Tower around 2.45pm on Wednesday, according to 7 Days.
The blaze apparently broke out on the 35th floor of the 75 storey building and quickly spread across the exterior of two sides of the facade.
Hundreds of residents were safely evacuated by Dubai Civil Defense and there were no casualties.
Firefighters doused the flames in under three hours, the Government of Dubai media office said on its website.
Sulafa Tower is located within the same cluster of towers in Dubai Marina as the 79 storey Torch Tower, where a fire broke out in February 2015.
It is also adjacent to Marina 101, the tallest building in the area which is in the final stages of construction.
This is the latest in a spate of similar incidents at high rise buildings in Dubai and follows an inferno at the Address Hotel Downtown Dubai on New Years Eve that made headlines around the world.
The prevalence of flammable cladding has been blamed for the speed at which fires spread across building facades in the UAE.
Authorities are currently working on a new building Fire Safety Code which was originally due for release in April.
