During the past year, Imdaad has consolidated its market leadership by successfully onboarding prestigious new clients including Abu Dhabi Business Hub, a premium Mussafah district business park that serves as home to some of the emirate’s most exciting new start-ups and ventures. The company also remains the preferred service provider for the nation’s major seaports, harbors, and financial institutions.
Imdaad has also played a significant role in the success of Expo 2020 Dubai by delivering on its five-year Total Facilities Management (TFM) services contract at Expo Village, its official residential district. Encompassing a total area of around 4,892,040 square feet, the contemporary gated community features several clusters of residential units together with a diverse range of retail outlets and community amenities.
Isnaad, a subsidiary of Imdaad and an award-winning Soft Facilities Management service provider, strengthened its presence across key sectors and steadily expanded its footprint in the region. The company won contracts worth AED 60 million throughout 2021 and renewed over 75% of its existing contracts, expanding its market presence throughout the country.
2021 was a highly positive year for Imdaad despite challenges facing the FM sector resulting primarily from slowing global economic growth, with a considerable increase in new contracts and renewals resulting in an impressive 95% customer retention rate.
This string of successes has continued well into 2022. In only the last few months, the company has expanded its business scope considerably by inking a number of lucrative deals with major cultural entities such as the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, leading educational institutions such as The Indian High Group of Schools, and the Green Community, one of Dubai’s most high-profile residential areas.
