Danube Properties has launched a AED300mn ($81.67mn) affordable housing development in the Al Furjan area of Dubai near Discovery Gardens.
Glamz Residence is Danube’s sixth project and offers a selection of 418 studio, one-bedroom and two- bedroom apartments.
Each is fitted with built-in modular kitchen; complete bathroom fittings by Milano (Danube’s Italian bath solutions); furniture and a European technology enabled convertible sofa that makes way for a bed- tucked into the wall.
The amenities provided in Glamz Residence include landscaped gardens, grand lobby, air-conditioned party hall-cum-kids play area, jogging track, paddle tennis court, paddle badminton court, barbeque deck, state-of-the-art health club with steam room & sauna and swimming pool.
“We are delighted to announce the launch of Glamz Residence with an aim to encourage people to ‘stop renting and start owning’. Once again, we have no doubts in our mind about the support and trust of customers- who deserve more for less without compromising on quality,” Rizwan Sajan, founder & chairman, Danube Group said at a launch event.
“When we started back in 2014 with our properties division and introduced a new segment altogether- ‘affordable housing’, we knew it would gain popularity over a period of time however the enthusiasm we witnessed at the launch of each of our projects until now has been such an overwhelming affair; to an extent that it has become a source of inspiration to innovate further. We are hopeful that Danube will continue to redefine the real estate sector in the region with every new launch.”
Glamz is located two minutes from the proposed metro line, ten minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport and the Dubai Expo 2020 site. Set in 560 acres around Ibn Batuta Mall and adjacent to Discovery Gardens & The Gardens, when complete, Al Furjan will feature over 4000- homes.
Danube’s first project Dreamz is on schedule for delivery whereas other projects – Glitz 1, Glitz 2, Glitz 3 and Starz are all 4-5 months ahead of schedule. All of its projects have sold out within weeks of their respective launches.
