Allsopp & Allsopp have formed a partnership with Damac Properties to bring their clients a bespoke service which offers vast property options at competitive prices.
The partnership has been in the making for weeks to ensure the best service is available to clients. A relationship manager from Damac will be exclusively working with Allsopp & Allsopp agents to ensure buyers are given the most accurate information when planning to invest in a property from the developer.
A training programme between the two companies has been set up for the Allsopp & Allsopp agents, who will be working solely with Damac’s property portfolio, to make sure the buying process for clients is as smooth and stress-free as it possibly can be.
Lewis Allsopp, CEO of Allsopp & Allsopp, said: “We have always had a close business relationship with Damac and when the opportunity arose to become working partners we thought it would be very beneficial to our clients. We feel very privileged to be able to work alongside one of Dubai’s most prestigious developers and look forward to a successful partnership.”
The initial focus of the partnership will be on developments that are already complete or at the handover stage to fit in with Allsopp & Allsopp’s core client group – the end-user buyer, with approximately 80% of their business coming from this demographic.
“We have found that our clients like to get a feel for a home and an entire community. They want to walk into a property and see the view, decide where their sofa would look its best and take in the atmosphere of the property they will call home. Allsopp & Allsopp have seen an increase in buyers investing in their first family homes recently. People are looking at Dubai with more of a long-term view and are planning for their future in the city.”
Sales director of Damac, Russell Owens, said: “We are delighted to partner with one of Dubai’s leading real estate companies. This is an exciting opportunity, and we look forward to working side by side to offer clients an outstanding experience and provide them with the knowledge and experience required before making such an important purchase.”
