UAE-based Binghatti Developers said it has started construction on Millennium Binghatti Residences, its first project being built on Dubais Water Canal in Business Bay at a total cost of AED400mn.
The project, which consists of 230 different including the studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019. The building offers a number of hotel-inspired facilities with a plethora of facilities and recreational activities. The building also features direct views of the Dubai Water Canal.
