Dubai-based developer, Ellington, has launched Belgravia Heights in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), after the introduction of three projects under the same brand name.
Robert Booth, managing director, Ellington, said: The Belgravia Heights residential building is the manifestation of Ellington Groups continued passion and commitment to well-detailed and designed residences in the heart of JVC in Dubai. The residential building follows its sister projects Belgravia I, II, and III, and commands a signature position along one of the main boulevards running through the community.
Ideal for young couples and families, Belgravia Heights is a uniquely designed residential building with 155 studios, one-, and two-bedroom units. It has a landscaped podium level with a resort-style pool, childrens play area, and a modern fitness centre. The interiors are serene with warm colours offering a contemporary edge that enables residents to define their personal style.
Joseph Thomas, managing director, Ellington, said: Our architects have followed the signature design of the Belgravia collection which reflect Ellingtons key values and commitment to timeless design and quality. Our Belgravia brand has become synonymous with aesthetically designed homes in JVC district, assuring residents of a distinctive lifestyle experience.
The individual design of the building together with an active retail streetscape and elevated amenity floor creates a dynamic and engaging community feel to all aspects of the development.
Following up on the other projects, Ellington has also launched DT1, a residential tower with 130 studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments in Downtown Dubai. And already progressing ahead of schedule is Somerset Mews, which features 17 G+2 four-bedroom townhouses and is ideal for small families and professionals.
Last year, Ellington also launched Eaton Place which offers studios, one-, and two-bedroom residences and is under construction for handover this year, and Wilton Terraces, a 115-unit building, launched in October 2017 as Ellingtons first project in MBR City.
