Hamdan Sports Complex has renewed its contract with Dubai-based Imdaad to provide integrated facilities management (FM) and waste management services for the next two years.

Following the renewal of the contract for the third consecutive time, Imdaad will continue to offer hard services, such as operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), as well as internal and external civil works.
As for soft services, the company will offer general cleaning services and water storage tank and swimming pool cleaning. In addition, it will provide specialist services that include operation and maintenance of firefighting and detection equipment and systems, chillers, elevators, solar heating, underwater cameras, medal award flag raising system, as well as water treatment systems.
Spread across an area of 24ha, Hamdan Sports Complex is the largest multi-purpose sports facility in the Middle East and boasts a seating capacity for 15,000 spectators. It can also host 13 different sports.
