Dubai Land Department (DLD) has successfully concluded the second edition of Dubai Property Show (DPS) in Shanghai, held at Shanghai Everbright Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The show, covering an area of 6,000sqm, exhibited over 100 property projects by more than 20 highly rated developers. It also provided various activities for investors to gain an in-depth understanding of investment information, industry trends, and the market dynamic in Dubai.
The exhibition was inaugurated in the presence of HE Majida Ali Rashid, assistant director general and head of the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center at DLD; HE Rashid Matar Al Qamzi, the UAE Consul-General in Shanghai; in addition to sponsors and exhibitors.
During the exhibition, DLD held a gala dinner that was attended by its strategic partners, developers, and investors. DLD emphasised that its success in promoting the Dubai real estate market is primarily based on consolidating its relations with its strategic partners, cooperating with them in order to enhance the reputation of Dubai’s global position. DLD aims to provide an ideal model for integration between the public and private sectors, in accordance with DLD’s strategies and the directives of its director general, HE Sultan Butti Bin Mejren.
This edition of the show brought together DLD’s strategic partners to provide developers, investors, and visitors with all details and information pertaining to Dubai. Partners included Emirates Islamic Bank, Knowledge and Human Development Authority, Emirates Airline, Dubai Chamber, Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Dubai Police, Real Estate Brokers, and Dubai’s Real Estate Registration Trustees.
HE Majida Ali Rashid said: “We are glad to work with Sumansa Exhibitions again after successfully
holding the first Dubai Property Show last year in Shanghai. For overseas investors, Dubai is one of the
most attractive cities, and Dubai Land Department has always been exploring ways to enhance the
sustainable growth of the property sector in the UAE. As China is one of the well-known overseas
investors in Dubai, we are proud to again organise such a grand event, and look forward to further
opportunities to organise more events of this nature.”
In order to meet the demands of Chinese investors, the Dubai Property Show provided affordable, luxurious, and ultra-luxurious property investment options, comprising apartments, beachfront villas, and commercial offices to meet the demands and budgets of different investors. At the same time, the show also offered services such as free seminars, finance advisories, brokers and registration services, and investment counseling that helped investors establish the best options for them.
Dubai Property Show aims to bring developers and investors closer together and promote Dubai’s real estate globally through Shanghai’s real estate promotion trustees.
