Eng. Hussain Nasser Lootah, director general of Dubai Municipality, conducted an inspection tour at the work site of 122 residential villas in Oud Al Muteena-1 area to view the progress of the project.
Eng Dawoud Al Hajiri, assistant director general for engineering and planning sector and Eng Marwan Abdullah Al Mohammad, director of general projects department also accompanied Lootah during the inspection tour.
Lootah reiterated the civic bodys interest in providing all services and facilities of high quality in Dubai and completing the work of its projects on schedule in a way that serves the interests of all concerned parties.
Dubai Municipality is currently carrying out a project of 234 residential villas in Oud Al Muteena-1 and Al Quoz in Dubai at a total cost of AED85mn. These are 122 villas in Oud Al Muteena-1 and 112 villas in Al Quoz, each group consists of four villas, and each villa consists of two bedrooms, hall, and kitchen and a maid room.
The building materials were approved in accordance with the green building specifications of Dubai Municipality
as it was keen to use the highest specifications for finishing materials to provide a suitable environment for the residents. The project started in June 2016 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2017.
