Master developer Nakheel began selling apartments at Dragon Towers – its new, twin tower residential complex at Dubai’s Dragon City – on Sunday (September 30), with prices from AED449,000 and attractive payment plans.
The news comes less than a week after Nakheel awarded the construction contract for the AED713mn project, the first residential component of the rapidly-expanding Dragon City community and the only high-rise development in the area.

The apartments are located on the Hatta/Oman road, just a few minutes’ drive from Dubai International Airport, with excellent connectivity via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the new access and interchange at Al Awir Road.
Dragon Towers is a key component of Nakheel’s ongoing retail, hospitality, and residential expansion at Dragon City, which currently comprises Dragon Mart 1 and 2 and an ibis Styles hotel. A new showroom and car park complex and a Premier Inn hotel are in advanced stages of construction, with further expansions in the pipeline.
