Real estate developer, Sobha Group, launched Building 5 in Hartland Aflux as part of Phase 3 in Sobha Hartland Greens.
They are luxurious and exclusive 12-storey apartment buildings, located on the Dubai Water Canal. It is part of a 74ha resort-style luxury housing project with unrivalled cityside, waterside living, and 30% green space right in the heart of Dubai.
Building 5 in Hartland Aflux will comprise one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in one L-shaped building. The configuration of the building includes two podiums and a 12 floor-plan with a huge emphasis placed on privacy and lifestyle demands. Apartment sizes will range from 75sqm to 207sqm making them as grand as the existing Hartland Greens apartments in Phase 1 and 2.
These new apartments will have views of the Dubai canal with a spread of 2.4 million sq.ft. of green spaces and villa communities around it. Phase 3 promises to be better in terms of the exterior with access to uninterrupted views of the community and Dubai Canal.
There is a perfect balance of space utilisation where the sizes of the apartments are reconfigured as per the customers needs. Expected completion date is October 2019.
